empty dispenser poor design
the shower soap dispenser was empty upon my arrival. the housekeeper never refilled it . additionally, there was insufficient space to place my personal items in the bathroom. it seems the design overlooked practical storage solutions.

friendly staff quiet room helpful front desk
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. i watched them assist guests needing significant support. my room faced the street. It was quiet at night. and morning despite many restaurants nearby.
The bathroom window lacked a blackout curtain. People could see inside when showering.

The staff was helpful. They were very accommodating when I arrived early. The room featured double curtains and roller blinds. The shower had a luxurious stream of water.
The walls were thin, allowing noise from neighbors. The bathroom lacked thorough cleaning upon arrival. I noticed hair in the bathroom. The cleaning schedule was late in the afternoon, so it was inconvenient.

mixed experience with some shortcomings
thin walls limited selection
the location was acceptable, with easy access to the metro.
the room i had was quite small, and the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from other rooms throughout the night and that really made it difficult to sleep. the breakfast was also a letdown, the eggs tasted microwaved, and the selection felt limited on some days.
